The one thing I would love to do for myself very soon is take a short holiday to a peaceful and serene location – no work included, just me, myself and the beautiful surroundings.

If I was ever asked whether I am a beach or country girl, I wouldn’t really know what to pick. Though I was born in the Kenyan coast, I have recently discovered that I am totally in love with the country side, there’s that gorgeous feeling of the place becoming a part of me.

A short farm vacation is always a good idea, we have some pretty farm gateways located in different parts of the country. Here’s my pick of the ‘Top Three  Farm Houses in Kenya’. Whether you’re a Kenyan residence or a visitor to our beautiful country, visiting one of the listed farm houses is absolutely a great idea.
