Making Waves: In Conversation with Peter Ndung’u @petersize10

In my opinion is Peter probably one of the top 5 photographers in Kenya. I initially hit Peter up and asked him to be on the podcast since I wanted to learn more about the photography space within Nairobi. We dove into wide array of topics and I certainly gained interesting insights from our exchange!

We talked about places and spaces in Nairobi, about how his journey as a professional photographer started and the state of the creative scene in Nairobi. His probably most notable work is the “Rainy Days in Nairobi” for which he won an award and which essentially jumpstarted his journey as a photographer. Some pictures of the series can be seen below.
